They show their clothes as being high quality but they are all cheap material with cheap hot-pressed designs on them. I'm not surprised other posts say the design is peeling after one or two months. The most egregious error was their "phantom web hoodie" item: their website has pictures of a high-quality, embroidered cotton hoodie (which I see now they stole from Shihiko) and they sent me a polyester sack with the design printed over it. ALSO! They overcharged my card by $50 more than the receipt said!! I didn't notice until I went to see if I could dispute the charge and realized the amounts didn't match.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
It's a scam. Apparently trustpilot isn't really scoring this scam website properly. I had doubts and try to check other sources. Its either AI botted or false info. They also charge you a lot more than your balance. I had invested several hours looking at their shop which had some beautiful art but in the end no tracking on the order and after the last 2 days of conversation on email with exact email contact and picture of the order number - THEY STILL WANT YOU to send a photo of your credit card to prevent fraud. "... in order to protect the interests of both parties and prevent your credit card information from being stolen and placing an order, we need you to provide a single-sided photo of the credit card used to place the order, to prove that the order was placed by yourself. Please understand." SCAM. It's based it china customer service. My balance was 2,382.50 btw and they posted a pending charge of 3,097.25. All this came from my Instagram AD that peaked my interest of its items. After a few days another one came up with similar designs like that yami shirt but that website source from trustedpilot had a 2 of 5 stars with mainly 1 star reviews. AVOID
I would rate this store zero stars if possible. I had been charged more, as other people had, because the store purposely does not include tax in the final total but still charges you for it. I reached out to the service email and had not heard back. I reached out to the Instagram page, which informed me that they had been emailing me back, and I had not responded, WHICH WAS FALSE, and because I mentioned the price discrepancy, they placed a hold on my order. I placed the order a month ago and have not received the items despite spending over $100. There is no tracking update whatsoever, so I can't even tell if it shipped or not. If I don't receive my items in the next week, I'll be filing a dispute with my bank. Do NOT buy from here.
Tried to place an order back in August that said it shipped. Waited a couple weeks and the tracking number they sent never activated. I contacted them and they said to wait another week and it would be visible. -It wasn't- Contacted them again and they said the shipment was "lost" and that they'd look into it. -Four days later- Still nothing.Contact them again, they say they'll send out a brand new order and I'll have the tracking number in a 1-2 business days.-Five days later-Nothing from their customer service. Contact them yet again and just want my money back.If you want to mess around for nearly three months, waste your time and money and have nothing to show for it, they're a great company. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs. They're terrible.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. When requesting a refund, they will send the same message over and over stating that it has been issued and check your bank account, and "if you have an issue, please get with us directly," and will never actually issue a refund. Don't trust it!!
