I was charged 45% more than my original order. My total that was on my confirmation was $126.68 but, they charged me $57.01 USD more ending up making my total $183.69 on my card. As a first time customer, this saddens me because there were no transparency on why I got this extra charge from what I saw before I placed the order. I am hoping they fix this and if not, I have to talk to my credit card company. I also did emailed them but I am wondering if they will reach out to me to refund my $57.01 USD back to me.
The customer service is the biggest BS. A 30% voucher on an order isn't taken into account during the charge, and they claim it's taxes. That wasn't the case with the previous order though. All taxes have to be stated directly in the total price, not afterward. Then I send them a comparison order with an order number and they simply claim this order doesn't exist – so ridiculous. They're just deducting €51 more from the account than was stated in the order, which is exactly what the voucher was for. And then, incredibly brazenly, they offer a 10% refund instead of the agreed-upon price in the order. The main thing is free shipping, but the return shipping costs are, of course, also borne by the buyer.
Scammer website. All these 5 star reviews must be AI generated because I have had the same exact experience as all the 1 star reviews on here. My order was originally $90 USD but they charged my card $130 USD. Ridiculous when all I ordered was 3 shirts. I ordered on 19th of September. Received an email on 27th that one of my items had sold out. I email them on 29th of September to ask why they charged me so much and if any of my order had been shipped. They said the extra charge is for “tax”. I don’t understand how they can charge nearly 50% extra for tax. My order still hadn’t been sent out after 10 days so I have requested a refund which they have said they will provide. I will wait and see if they refund me but either way, I paid with PayPal so I can contact PayPal and they will give me my money back. I don’t recommend purchasing from this store, but if you do, please use PayPal so you can get your money back when you realise it’s a scam.
The biggest scam ever! Spent 37 bucks on my order to be expedited. Its been 3 weeks and it never arrived! The tracking number they gave me shows error occured and i couldnt retrieve any other details for my order. Im calling my bank to cancel my purchase.All the 5 stars reviews are made by their company people. You have been warned!

When I canceled, they issued “refunds” but then re-charged me the same amounts and even sent items I no longer wanted. I had to go through my bank to get my money back, and the company i sued to pay for this stuff is left with a negative balance because of their shady practices.Avoid this company at all costs.
Ordered a hoodie for my son it was smaller then it said probably china size so tried to return since they said that they do returns they told me that I could give it to someone in the family that it would fit. I told them I wanted a refund and they said the will give me a 10% refund. My refund was 4.00$ . The material was crap I will never buy from the crap company ever again
This company charged me about 30% more than the amount I paid at the time of order, and when I asked for the reason, they said it was due to sales tax.Also, I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order. When I inquired, they claimed that I had entered my email address and name incorrectly. However, I had used the auto-fill information saved on my phone, and upon checking again, there was no mistake. The company even showed me a screenshot claiming I entered it incorrectly, but it seems manipulated.Because the charged amount was different from the order amount, I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company. However, the company kept asking me to cancel the dispute, insisting they could resolve the issue themselves. At the same time I filed the dispute, I also had my card reissued. I will no longer be in contact with this company.
