Review Time
I ordered this and wish I never did!! I ordered this and they sent me 2 orders which I only wanted one order. I’m suppose to get a refund which never happened. I believe this is totally FRAUD!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering this stuff…and it hasn’t worked for my mother and myself.
If i could give tjis a negative 20 review i would. First of all, the product had none of the ingredients listed in the ad. The website added bottles to my irder when i hit, no - i don’t want more, i called the number at the bottom of the screen which took half of the price off, but sent me 15 bottles of worthless crap. None of the products do anything for you, if that is even what is in them. I spent a week of emails and phone messages to the company with no response, when i did manage to raach a human at the delivery company i was told i would receive a full refund and an email with instructions on hie to return the product and my refund details. No email, no refund have arrived. This stuff is crap and a scam and the company is a fraud.
Optivell refused to stand by their guarantee.They refunded only 50% of my purchase price and refused to refund the remainder the remaining $183. This company does not stand by their written word so I would not believe ANYTHING that they say. Buyer Beware!!
