I had a standing order for two products that were to be shipped at the same time. Optivida chose to mail each product separately, causing me to have to pay nearly twice the amount of postage and handling. My account will be deleted soon.
There was an error in charging my card multiple times due to requesting a discount after placing the order.Tina cancelled the initial order and then realized that a discount code would not apply because of another offer. I am overdrawn now due to this and hope that it will be soon rectified. Otherwise, she is a very good representative of the company. We all make mistakes. A timely response was made in writing.
