BUYER BEWARE
This company (wicked-good.co) has false deceptive business practices.
I inquired about creating a custom private label line for my business. I was told that I needed to purchase a $35 scent tester. I did.
My inquiry was for a specific hair oil. They put a different oil in my scent tester box “free”. When it arrived it was broken open and the scent literally permeated the post office. It was difficult to differentiate the aromas due to the strong smell of the leaking oil.
I decided on 1 scent and asked how to buy the oil to test and confirm ingredients. I also asked what my choices were for labels, bottle types, dispensing option for the bottles etc.
Multiple emails and online inquiry forms later (they DO NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER) they finally responded.
I was told that I had to buy full retail price for a tiny tester to confirm oil content! They also refused to give any information on packaging, labeling etc for what would have been a very large opening order until I paid them for that large opening order. I was stunned to think I was supposed to pay for something that I had never seen and had no idea how it would arrive and then they would show me packaging options. I asked to please call me multiple times. They refused to call and then told me to go elsewhere, they did not want my business.
I asked for a refund. They refused and then threatened to take action if I gave them a bad review!
They literally sold their integrity for $35.
In the process they lost what would have been a large account. So disappointed in this woman owned company. They are definitely NOT what they claim to be.

I haven't made a purchase on this website yet but how serious can a company be when they delete your shopping cart within 10 minutes? There's a countdown running, showing you the seconds you have left to make up your mind and quickly hit that "buy" button. You feel so rushed and pressured to spend your money on them without any time to decide and carefully craft your shopping basket like on any other website. And from what I've heard about them, I'm not going to spend my hard earned money eventhough their scents sound so tempting.
Since their samples are incredibly expensive, I blind bought two bottles of perfume spray. One was nice and similar to the fragrance it claimed to be inspired by. The other, and the samples I ordered, were bad in a way that can’t be attributed to personal taste. They smelled overwhelmingly of rubbing alcohol or chalk, without any of their supposed notes identifiable. When I wrote the company asking them to take back fragrances that had plainly been mixed wrong (they say they make all their scents to order), they told me I should have paid a premium for samples, and that I could return the full bottle at my own expense to receive a store credit. Except I couldn’t return that either, because I used a discount code. They haven’t replied back to me after the one message. You can’t trust the quality control at this company, and if you’re ordering from them, you’re gambling on them making no mistakes. My experience was that they mix 1 in 5 orders correctly so I’d save your money.
It was my first time ordering and I was tracking my order and somehow it got sent back to the company. I don't know how many times I've emailed called the phone number which by the way don't work and I still haven't got a response am I going to get my money back or are they going to send it back to me but as far as I know horrible customer service
I have been a loyal customer for a few years. Previously, I had received excellent products and responsive customer service. The last order in December of 2024 had issues. As of December 28, 2024, USPS states they never received the package. I wrote “Aimee” numerous times and was told she was ‘filing a claim’ and to allow 48 hours for her to circle back. She did not. I then wrote for update. She then told me that the item was out of stock. I wrote again to inquire about status of claim. “Aimee” replied ‘no worries’, that the stock was being filled and I should receive it by the end of this week. I then wrote and texted that I wanted a refund. No answer as of now. On top of these issues, their website is user unfriendly and super frustrating. VERY UNHAPPY!
•Edited 1m ago•I recently made a purchase from Wicked Good after being a loyal customer of Eden Perfumes from the UK for many years. I am delighted to have discovered Wicked Good because they are cruelty free and vegan. The ones I have received so far are excellent dupes. I have to use self-control to avoid overspending. It is tempting to repurchase all the fragrances from my past that I stopped using due to their involvement in animal testing and use of animal derived ingredients. I am also pleased to find that they offer other products such as wax melts, candles, and laundry items. The Sultana squeeze wax smells exactly like Lush Sultana of Soap. I have always disliked artificial chemical fragrances that are harmful to my pets and potentially hazardous to humans. It's not a scam!
