I've purchased through both their direct site and a popular marketplace. I've relied on their eyebrow and eyelash serums for years, but now in my 80s, I can't imagine being without their face cream, which my husband, who is 86, also enjoys. Additionally, I use their three facial serums. Fantastic results!

I saw a recent review from someone else who had a similar experience. It feels like a waste of money—just don’t bother! EDIT: The company reached out asking me to remove my review since it's still visible on their site. I've updated my review accordingly but still cannot recommend the product or their guarantee.
