They can improve by actually doing a service when they charge you… not able to receive any of the services due to not having all required documentation but still gets charged for three months

Worst Service System – Misleading and Unprofessional

I signed up for Opus.com under the promise of a mail forwarding service included with their package. However, once I registered, I was told that the building they assigned me to does not actually provide forwarding because Opus is only a third-party broker there.This left me with no choice but to cancel the service and start over with a new company registration, address, and compliance documents — a major disruption and cost to my business.On top of that, despite charging me a $120 monthly fee plus setup costs, Opus refuses to issue a refund even though they failed to deliver the basic service they advertised.This has been a terrible experience, and I strongly advise other entrepreneurs and business owners to think twice before trusting Opus with something as critical as their company address and mail handling.

Great experience and wonderful staff/front desk receptionist. My company is four years in!! I only wish that this office had mail forwarding services!!! That’s a major disadvantage!!!!

Having a physical address to use as a mailing destination makes life easier as a business owner without obviously purchasing an actual building. Whether its for loan purposes or plan and simple legitimacy in the eyes of banks.
