I just started using Bigin by Zoho CRM and honestly, I’m impressed already. I’ve tried a couple of CRMs before and most of them felt either way too complicated or way too basic. Bigin feels like it sits right in that sweet spot.
The setup was surprisingly easy. I didn’t need to watch 20 tutorials just to figure out how to add a contact or move deals through a pipeline. Everything feels clean and organized, and I love that I can actually see where my leads are without getting overwhelmed.
The mobile app is also a big plus for me. I can quickly check updates or add notes when I’m not at my desk, which makes it feel practical instead of just another tool I forget to use.
I’m still exploring all the features, but so far it feels like it was built for small businesses that want something powerful without the headache. If it keeps going like this, I can definitely see it becoming a core part of how I manage my clients.
