As a long-time user of the support service, I've faced numerous issues with the previous platform. However, I am shocked at how poor the new site is. Despite logging in around 20 times with an account I've had for about 30 years, I found none of my searches helpful. This is just another example of a company 'updating' its website and completely missing the mark. Being well past retirement age, I have no interest in wasting my time navigating through all the glitches.

This seems to be a common trend among companies that 'update' their websites, losing sight of user needs. At my age, I don't want to waste time navigating through all the glitches.
I can't even log in! I was charged 1 euro, and it’s been a month without resolution. The website is filled with bugs; I'm reluctant to add security authentication, and it won't let me anyway! When I reached out to support, they dismissed my request without a second thought.
I registered for cloud services. It said 15 minutes for processing, but an email indicated it would take longer. Now it's been 6 days with no response. I opened a ticket for clarification, and they promised a response in 48 hours, but it’s now 96 hours. This company is ineffective. Avoid at all costs.
