I was not sure how secure these are. However I was pleasantly surprised at how safe they were. I was so frightened there might be a leakage but I felt safe to go out and socialise with these. So comfortable as well.
I use Tena Discreet and although they mostly do their job catching my leaks, when I remove them from my knickers I’m left with glue and paper stuck to my knickers that I can’t remove. It doesn’t always come off in the wash, either! And if it does, presumably there are bits of fabric/paper going into my washing machine filter… Not Best Pleased!😌
The envelope I received was empty, which might not be fully the company's fault. However, this situation has made me hesitant to order again. It took two emails to get a refund, and the generic response I received two days later didn’t resolve my problem.
The logistics were poor on several fronts. The website shows a full brief for ladies' washable incontinence pants, but I received a mid-brief with a high leg. Once opened, it cannot be returned due to the non-transparent packaging—be cautious! None of this is clearly stated, and there’s no customer service support. The overall experience was a disappointing service. The company should improve significantly.
