I purchased a SHOWERELAX shower head that was advertised on Facebook for around €27. The product arrived in a simple plastic bag with no protective packaging and it had a water leak from the bottom of the shower head from the very first use.
I contacted customer support and provided photographic evidence of the defect. Instead of resolving the issue, they requested additional photos of the packaging (which customers are never told they must keep) and later marked my support ticket as “resolved” without providing any solution.
This behaviour is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The product quality is far below what is advertised and the customer support system appears designed to close complaints rather than resolve them.
As a result, I had to open a dispute with my bank to attempt to recover the payment.
I would strongly advise consumers to be cautious when purchasing products advertised through Facebook ads linked to this company.
