Calling their customer support team "Customer Success" team needs rebranding to the "Customer Abuse or Dis-Service" team.
Their collegan with creatine changes the taste of your coffee and leaves a not pleasant aftertaste. When I reached out, I was told "I" could pay to return an INFERIOR product AND pay shipping on a NEW order of their collegan with protein, which is what I had been using successfully. When I asked for a supervisor, Kristen told me none were available. SORRY customer service and the only success is they lost another customer. Sad!

Wow i wish I would of seen these reviews before I purchased the magnesium 7 from this company, I got rashes all over my body from taking these magnesium pills and emailed them asking them what exactly is in these pills , I knw there's magnesium atleast I'd like to think so. Then they emailed me back and never answered my question about what's in it and just said to stop taking it and to return them not knowing that I threw away the ones I already used . I would never buy anything from this company again. They are probably putting some other low quality filler in there products
This company chooses to ship products via USPS. I ordered on Jan 6th. As of this morning my order has gone from South Carolina to Kansas to New York to St Louis to St Paul to Kansas City and now it is in Amarillo TX. When I brought this to the attention of Organixx customer service my only response was "we cannot control the postal service." YES you can control the postal service by not using them for shipping. USPS is no longer reliable.
I cannot get through to customer service. When I call, during business hours, a recording says the customer service reps are busy helping other customers and they cannot answer my call and to go to their website or email them. When I go to their website, my message is not responded to. When I send them an email, it bounces back. I even leave a comment on their Facebook posts and they are never answered. Since they are not interested in communicating with me, a long-time customer, I have no interest in purchasing any more products from them.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 3 packages of their Collagen. Does not work at all. Supposed to be a 90 day guarantee. However I only kept the last pouch which still had product in it. Who keeps empty containers? So they would only refund for 1 package which cost me $18.00 to return. The first cheque was made out to the WRONG name. Meanwhile I have waited for over 2 months and still have no cheque. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
would definitely recommend NOT ordering anything from this company. The form that pops up to order indicates one Organixx’s name, and address in SC. My bank questioned the authorization from a different company name in Nevada with a different dollar amount. HmmmThe company states one year guaranteed money back. WITH AN ORDER NUMBER, which, I was NEVER provided with.Two emails in my junk folder; two different senders emails - one thanking me for my order; no order number, no dollar amount - which the total was higher than when I hit the purchase button.A second email stating the order shipped; still no order number, no tracking number either. Lo and behold! I received a package today - product BUT NO PACKING LIST WITH THE ORDER NUMBER!I sent an email reply to both email addresses as received in my junk box and guess what? “We’re experiencing delays due to high demand in orders. We will respond to you as soon as we can.”No proof of purchase, no refund. Sure, they say there BBB accredited, seriously? I question the order processing, I question the lack of customer service, the lack of professionalism.
While I do like their magnesium, because of very poorly worded advertisement, and Iam certain many others got charged double and did not receive the quantity of products I ordered. Customer service is severely lacking in my opinion and because of this I will no longer promote or use their products.
