What actually surprised me is that Salesmanago is quite advanced, but it doesn’t feel impossible to use at all. You can start with the basics and then build more complex scenarios when you’re ready. The data and segmentation tools are honestly one of the best parts. I love it.

You can easily link any tactic to each step in the flow, and one of the standout capabilities is reaching anonymous users through web push notifications and retargeting. Its omnichannel features (Web, Email, WhatsApp, SMS) are also very practical and user-friendly. A particularly impressive feature is its native audience-generation integrations with major platforms. You can create highly detailed segments based on numerous behavioral and transactional attributes within your database and sync them as audiences both internally and externally. This simplifies retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike campaigns. The ability to refresh audiences automatically, create exclusion lists, and feed high-intent segments into advertising platforms with just a few clicks adds significant value and enhances collaboration between marketing and performance teams. Another advantage is the platform's ease of learning. With a few weeks of hands-on experience, you can master the essential features, and within a few months, you can manage nearly everything—including advanced functionalities. Thanks to its no-code approach, technical support is rarely needed after the initial setup, allowing teams to operate independently and reducing reliance on IT for daily tasks. Its native eCommerce integrations enable swift syncing of transactions, carts, purchases, customers, and product catalogs within hours—not days. Having used numerous marketing automation platforms throughout my career, I can confidently say this one is among the most straightforward, powerful, and cost-effective options available. If I had to highlight some drawbacks, I would note that customer identification mainly relies on email as the primary key, which can complicate user matching when only phone numbers or social IDs are collected. Additionally, its analytics capabilities are not as advanced as dedicated BI tools, so external dashboards might be necessary for deeper insights. While WhatsApp is effective for marketing communications, it’s less suitable for genuine conversational interactions. Despite these limitations, the value for money is exceptional. This platform offers a robust, versatile marketing automation and customer data solution that is easy to adopt, scale, and genuinely empowers marketing teams—particularly those seeking speed, flexibility, and omnichannel execution without heavy reliance on technical resources.
