SCAM SCAM SCAM, DO NOT USE. Wanted to cancel my order and they are saying I can't get a refund because I have "activated the order", this is not legal.
Their system is complete pseudoscience, not backed by any reputable scientist, DO NOT USE THEM.
I'm impressed what can be discovered by a hair strand test. Thank you, I can't wait for my health to improve. Receiving a very thorough explanation and tips to improve my health was great.
A load of rubbish. I’ve been doing the fodmap so I know certain foods I cannot have for example onions but this showed up as no reactivity in the test. It’s as though they throw out at random anything to give a result like being reactive to turkeycock?! Pardon.
Waste of money and abit of a con.
It would be great if you made it easier to look up test results. There’s nowhere to login on your website. I had to go back to my original email with the test results… And then once you get your test results, there’s nothing that you can input all of your high sensitivity into to create a meal plan you have to get a whole new subscription for a completely different place to be able to create anything that helps with the test results. I do not think that the amount that I paid for the test results was worth it.
The process was easy and simple. The customer service agent that I spoke with was so helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I received my results in a timely manner and the information is very helpful in my health journey.
I was expecting more general sensitivity categories, such as gluten or dairy, or at least some organization in that regard. The lengthy, random lists of specific ingredients are overwhelming and will make it difficult to identify and adjust my diet effectively. I'm quite disappointed with the outcome; it's challenging to make any changes based on those results!
Extremely frustrating experience. The purchase of the sensitivity test automatically enrolled me in a meal planning subscription that I neither wanted nor chose intentionally. This was not clearly explained during the checkout process, especially for guest purchases. Customers must remember to cancel within a limited period for a service they might not require, which feels misleading and aggravating. Overall, the lack of clarity regarding subscriptions and doubts about the test’s reliability lead me to not recommend this service to others.

I was surprised by the number of intolerances listed, though some I had suspected and a few were completely new to me. It’s definitely worth the investment to gain this knowledge, especially if you plan to consult with a specialist. I recommend getting all the tests done at once, as you'll likely be curious about additional findings after seeing a few. The results arrived in three days and were straightforward to read and navigate.
An incredibly informative and thorough analysis of body sensitivities. It addressed and validated many of my concerns regarding specific foods that might not be suitable for me. The information on gut bacteria was especially beneficial, aiding my healing journey ahead!
