Sizing was wrong . poor quality of boots. Requested to return and they offered a 20% refund , to save the shipping charges to China. I had received a welcome email stating that " we are small company located in Ottawa!
However no return address was offered and they counter offered with 30%. Refund. I declined waiting to see what the next offer will be.
Buyer beware
Advertising specifically states made in Canada, tracking says order is shipping from China. Almost 3 weeks and order hadn’t arrived and tracking indicates order has not left original shipping location. 5 unanswered emails. Located contact info in USA on their websites that describes them as a US company that services Canada. I suspect I will never see the items I paid for!
False ads ++they are not canadian even though they say so. Based in Texas but made in china… FREE returns are 30-60 days as in FAQ’s but apparently take a long difficult time returning to china at your expense. Sizing and measurements are inaccurate.

Ordered a coat and thought I was supporting Canadian designers in Ottawa. 2 months later received cheap Chinese crap in the wrong size. Returns impossible.

As most reviews have stated, I also was led to believe this was a Canadian company. They were shipped from China. It took about a month to get them. Very poor quality and the chemical smell is overwhelming. I have asked for information on how to return and get a refund. No response yet, and based on others reviews, I won't get one. $85 for crappy product. Do not buy from this company!
Thought I was ordering from a Canadian company but their advertising is very misleading. After almost a month I still haven’t received the order, customer service is an automated response email saying they will respond in 48 hours then no follow up. Can’t get my order, can’t get an answer. Not to be trusted.
This product is poor quality and their customer service should not include the word service because they do not care about customers or satisfaction. Returning their poor quality products is impossible. Do not purchase this product.
Ordered a pair of men's winter boots from their website, the size I requested is not the size (10.5) that would fit comfortably, they have no return address listed anywhere on their website.I have requested a refund,but i think I have been duped by a fake business which was supposedly all Canadian.Do not fall for this scam if you see their website on Google!
