This app is incredibly frustrating! It's almost impossible to search for audiobooks by title or author. When you do manage to find one, if you attempt to listen to a preview and then borrow the book, the only thing that opens is the preview! You can see the book you borrowed, but it won't open. It's a terrible situation that leaves you feeling foolish and turns reading into a hassle.

This app is quite disappointing. As a member of several libraries, I often find that they don't have the books I need. I’ve had to pay for an alternative service. The search engine is terrible and often lists books that aren't available. The filtering options are ineffective.
This app is the only option available for accessing ebooks, so at least there’s something to use. However, the drawbacks greatly outweigh the benefits. It’s slow to load on my new device. It’s incredibly frustrating that you can't filter searches to just your library! Why would they think most readers want to find titles only to realize their library doesn’t have them?
I rarely use this app for reading. I dislike it for various reasons, especially the removal of a previous service. One major issue is that when you have books on your loan shelf, it shows how many people are waiting. Why does that matter? Should I read faster or return the book so others can read it before me? I don’t understand the decision to replace the previous service with this one.
It’s great that this service is free, but improvements to user experience would be very beneficial. I work in user experience and would love to share ideas for enhancing the app. For instance, being able to request books in the correct order in a series would be fantastic. There’s no way to give feedback, and there’s a disconnect between ordering audiobooks at local libraries and online, creating confusion. Losing access to audiobooks I paid for has been frustrating. A social enterprise option to pay for quicker access could help fund the library.
The app used to sync across devices, but it hasn’t worked for months. I’ve contacted support and tried various solutions with them, but they couldn’t resolve the issue. Now, each time I visit the site, it doesn’t recognize me, and I have to re-enter my library card, which still doesn’t sync. It’s becoming nearly useless, and it seems like they don’t care.
