FYI competitor was an Australian bricks and mortar store with online capacity.
My advice a don't use if they can't even honour their own promotion good luck if something goes wrong.

They were great at first. The whole buying process was non stressful and easy. Everything changed when I had a problem though.Manufacturing defects...., just got total denial....it was storm damage or something else... just not our problem.Beware!!!!No after sales service and offensive complete denial if you ever have a problem!Won't go back there again.I was laughed at when I had a problem from the reported owner.
