This year, I went all out for my daughter, who is 11 and still truly believes in Santa. When the elf delivered the letter, she remembered the one from last year and its contents. This time, she was thrilled to discover all the additional surprises, making her letter from Santa even more special. I appreciate how each paragraph can be customized to make the letter feel personal. I would definitely recommend this service!
I have been using this service for my letters for at least a decade, and I truly appreciate the ability to personalize the content, especially with two children, making their letters unique. One of the key reasons I continue to use them is the exceptional quality and attention to detail, right down to the wax seal and the Nice List certificate. I plan to keep using them for as long as I can. My only disappointment this year was the unavailability of the beautiful red "S" Santa gift tags, which I always ordered for my "Santa" gifts!
I’ve been using this service for as long as I can remember. No other letters compare, in my opinion. The letters are beautiful and feel special. My daughter (now 12) loves her letter this year and enjoys reading it to us. My son (10) is a bit less enthusiastic, but I secretly think he loves it! Both children now understand that Santa isn’t “real,” so I’m not sure how much longer I will be ordering the letters. It would be nice if there were options for older kids who know.

From the lovely wax seal, brown envelopes, to the letter itself on high-quality paper, everything is exceptional. The option to add a “nice list” certificate and/or pin is a wonderful touch. I really appreciate being able to personalize every paragraph and the sign-off message. I believe they are well-priced and would gladly recommend them to any parent or grandparent. I discovered this service when my daughters were young and can highly recommend it. In my opinion, they are the best. I now order them every year for my daughters (aged 29 and 25) and my three grandchildren. I love that there is no age limit; the letters can be customized so each child receives a different one. They always arrive promptly, are high quality, beautifully made, and add to the Christmas magic, even for those in their twenties.
