The advertised 90-day hassle-free guarantee is misleading, as is the claim of free size exchange. I returned the items for a size exchange and received a response stating that they wouldn't accommodate my request because I had worn the boots. Additionally, if I wanted my original incorrect size returned, I would need to cover the shipping costs both ways, or else I would not receive them back.
I bought hunting boots in advance. Comfortable, light, dry feet and easy to care for. Only my foot is small and it would be necessary to offer additional insoles to feel more comfortable and make it easier to tighten the boots.
They have addressed my complaint and have issued a refund after I returned the item. I was initially sceptical about how long my return would take and whether I would even get a refund, after reading a few bad reviews about this process. However, once I had successfully contacted their customer support, my return and refund were all sorted out promptly
