The recent changes are becoming overwhelming and are making the advisory role quite difficult. What once made the platform enjoyable was the sense of independence; now it increasingly feels like a traditional job with excessive oversight of advisors. Many talented readers have departed due to these issues. Advisors are facing penalties for circumstances beyond their control. The platform continues to recruit more advisors, implement new regulations, and diminish autonomy, which has taken away the sense of freedom. They still retain a significant portion of commissions. My advice to the platform would be to leave things as they are if they’re functioning well. Restructuring should not come at the cost of the joy in being a skilled reader.
