On December 24, 2025, I wanted to use their account management services. I spoke with them. Brandon told me to send $640 for fee, which I did. I also topped up my account with $507. I gave them my credentials to be able to trade in the account. The same day they traded the full amount ($507) in a 3 second-trade and lost the entire deposit. On December 29, I contacted them to know the progress. The answer was they will update me while they had already lost the entire deposit. I was obliged to check my account myself. I was surprised to see that my account was wiped out. I contacted them. Their answer was: “The account has a % set and we took the trade right on spot for 1% but the entry went wrong and the end amount turned out to be the entire balance” which is totally nonsense. Brandon (the owner) called me and told me if I could add more funds, they will trade cautiously and they will recover all the losses. This time he asked me to send BTC to his BTC address because he has already received $250 from Pocket Option for the losses. I sent $552 to his BTC address as requested. They never traded up to today. I asked them to refund all my money. This is the answer from Options algo Ai (instant support) on January 30, 2026 And then on Monday, February 2, 2026 they wrote:

I sent my BTC address, nothing was done so far. Guys, DO NOT subscribe to this platform. It is a SCAM. Do not use their account management services. Their bot has never worked because if it did, they would have used it to trade. They only use it to show edited videos on YouTube.
The OptionsAlgo wasn't the right fit for me. However, I want to acknowledge the support, Brandon for his assistance. Very supportive and understanding. He helped me get a refund for my subscription and fund back. I appreciate their professional handling of this. Thanks
