This service is utterly unreliable. It didn't provide a necessary license key or whatever is needed for access. The support team is completely unhelpful, leaving me unable to enjoy the game due to their failure to supply the registration code. There’s absolutely no assistance in resolving this issue. What a disappointing experience.
Terrible experience. Lets you set up the game but crashes as soon as a player tries to take a turn. This is on a one-year-old tablet and a current phone. How can this be so poor? Kids are in tears. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered the ultimate version on Saturday and received it Sunday morning. It's a fantastic little game! We had a great time playing with my daughter remotely using the virtual board and mic. We really enjoyed ourselves. The support team was quick to respond with tracking information and was friendly and helpful. I had no issues purchasing additional content as well. Highly recommend!

With the Unlimited Pack subscription, discovering categories that truly interest everyone is a breeze. This game has become a regular feature in our gatherings. If we could rate it six stars out of five, we certainly would.
I'm really enjoying the game, but I was disappointed that my smart TV didn't support screen mirroring, so I had to purchase an app. I loved the Black Friday deals and I'm looking forward to the family quiz during Christmas!

The concept is excellent and the game is fun, but there are a few issues. Updates have significantly changed how the game operates (why change something that worked?). Buying new content is quite cumbersome, especially with multipacks, as there's no way to see what you already own. The audio feature is great for online play, but it would be better with video as well.
