This company has very poor customer service, product does not fit as described, they do not give you a full refund as advertised on their media platforms, they likely use paid reviews on their platforms. I recommend you don't trust this company with you money!
The product won't fit my car.Whilst they would accept the return of it, they won't refund the cost of doing this, even though Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – Right to Reject, section 8 states:“Whether or not the consumer has a duty to return the rejected goods, the trader must bear any reasonable costs of returning them …”Considering taking the company to Court.They did refund the original cost, but 13 days after they'd received the item back!Avoid like the plague!Sadly, can't give less then one star!
We all struggle with couriers (and their pesky Apps), that's life.Our shipment took a while (1 week) but then thats what Ouvra promised when I looked back at our order.Their customer service was excellent and it arrived, as promised, today.The lock itself is good quality well packaged and good value.Everything within their direct control was fine.Good Co, give them a try.
Don’t purchase from these clowns , be warned !Order a lock , can’t even get address for shipping correct even though it’s on the order . Then tell me to contact courier . Bloody joke of a company . Avoid people! Totally refuse to do anything except for me to contact courier , refuse to assist . Cannot reiterate enough stay away people
