Sadly the same experience as many others here. Booked an oven clean, they failed to appear. I phoned they told me booking cancelled and rescheduled without my knowledge. Not happy and requested a refund..30 days and nothing...phoning their so called customer service complete waste of time. Now considering legal action. How can this company trade like this ? Disgraceful and potentially illegal...well, how coincidental-- following this review, an immediate response and my refund..very much doubt this would not have happened otherwise
Has Top and bottom ovens cleaned by Sam... Fantastic Job done ✅ Sam was efficient friendly worked swiftly giving full information about procedure and materials used.

If I could give a zero rating I would. This is the first time I have ever written a review. This company was calling me 3 times a day in order for me to pay the remaining amount, to which I did pay. The technician was supposed to come to my house on the 24th December. I therefore organised for someone to be at home. 2 Hours prior to the visit, I get a message from the company stating that the technician fell 'ill' allegedly, this message to me was sent with a heavy lack of manners. I called the company and I told them that I want a refund and do not require their services. They said the full amount will be in my account 3rd January, when everyone returns back to work. I in fact did not receive my money. I contacted them after 1 week to which I was told 'unfortunately a very rude woman told me that the companies' accounts officer was on annual leave, to which you have to wait until she is back'. After this phone call I contacted my bank and explained to them that I got scammed by this company, they opened a case for me and on the 27th January I received my money back via the bank. To which this company hasn't contacted me. Dear customers, Please be very aware with this company as they will waste your energy, time and money.
Said they’d come to us early December - THEY cancelled last minute and rearranged to a later date in December. THEY cancelled again and rearranged to the new year. THEY cancelled AGAIN? Asked to reschedule I asked for a full refund. They said they’d call and process the refund asap. I have had nothing and heard nothing. I have reported it to my bank for this and they are investigating my claim. Try somewhere else as these reviews (check the other low reviews) say the exact same thing and I wish I had seen them before booking…
I can only endorse what other dissatisfied customers have said. They do a hard upsell when you book then don't turn up and worst of all take the full payment from your account without your permission and before they've been anywhere near your house. I cancelled my booking but have not been refunded yet.
Had this company out approximately 6 weeks ago the young man who came did a brilliant job no complaints. Apparently my extraction fan didn’t need doing so he took a photo told the company to refund me £35.
After numerous phone calls still haven’t had a refund come on Oven Support pay back what you owe me needless to say won’t ever use you again.
Totally unacceptable- had an oven clean booked for yesterday between 12-1. Booked the day off of work and having a big family gathering today . Was called at 11.45 -‘sorry no one will be there today you will have to rearrange!’ They waited until 15 minutes before my slot to te me this! And when I said I’ll have a refund they got funny and said 7-10 days!
I'd give negative stars if that was an option.
Utterly shocking customer service.
Apart from the mess the oven was left in from the original 'clean', I had a refund processed on 12th Dec which I have not yet received as of 29th Jan

I had both of my single ovens cleaned recently, and the experience was outstanding. One oven was in worse condition due to frequent use.
