I joined this broker under an introducing agent who told me that the demo account was just like the real one. They also had a mandatory deposit requirement before I could even open a live account.After some effort, I finally managed to deposit €98 via Skrill. Once I started trading, I was shocked to see the huge spread – 30 pips on gold! On top of that, when I opened a 0.01 lot trade, they charged me a €0.10 commission. Scalping or any short-term trading is simply impossible in such conditions.When I decided to withdraw my money, my balance was a little over $100. However, after the withdrawal was processed, I only received €77 – meaning they took massive fees.Overall, I am very disappointed with this broker and I would strongly advise others to stay away.
I was thinkingits agood company but i release its the worst company i have ever seen first of all the email take 5/8 days to respond that name ox share support and when have a law that say if you get welcome account after you review him and write A comment with five stars they give u 30$ as welcome account but when u want to withdraw they say should deposit another 100$ and have a 5 lots to withdraw that lead u to lose all money my experience with them summary the email support take more than week to respond they decive u to wirte a trust pilot five star comment after that they give u impossible to work easily
Scam Welcome bonus - red flagAfter testing the welcome bonus and able to trade 5 lots as required and generates a profit of $100, this broker came up with accusation of scalping so they can refuse the withdrawal. My trades were all more than 5 minutes. If that qualifies as scalping, it should have been clearly stated in the conditions. Other red flags that I see are a lot of typo errors on the website that shows this is not run by professional broker and the support comes very slowDon't take your chances on this broker there are hundreds of reliable brokers out there. I just came here to test them and it fails.Update-Dec 14Funny reply below by the broker asking me what was the rules i violated after telling me in the email that I violated sclaping rule. I sent an email asking what is your criteria for scalping since my trades are more than 5 mins. I asked thru email but you don't repond and intead pretend that you care here in trustpilot to deceive people.
