They were experienced and very polite

I called a couple of debt relief programs, but when I found pacific from a state endorsed website Quinn was very helpful and knowledgeable. he gave me more information about what debt programs actually do, and there was no pressure to sign up. This company is so awesome. My consultant Alex was so helpful and helped me so much. He made me feel so confident in this step that felt so daunting when I started considering it. Also Shawn who did my welcome call was so great and helped to inform me more because of my questions that I didn't think of when talking to Alex.
