I bought a NOX racket from Padel USA, and it broke after just 3 months of normal use. The break was clearly from the inside out — a textbook warranty issue. Since they advertise warranty support for 6 months right on their website, I figured getting a replacement wouldn’t be a problem. Turns out, that’s not the case at all.Apparently, Padel USA doesn’t have any real connection with NOX — and honestly, I’m starting to think they don’t have solid connection with any of the brands they sell. So if your racket breaks or has any issues, don’t count on them to help. They offered me a small discount on a new (overpriced) racket instead of actually backing the product they sold me.Craig from their team tried to be helpful to an extent, and I understand since he is not the one running the show, but Sam, the one who does, was super unprofessional and came off really cocky. Not the kind of attitude you expect when you're dealing with a warranty issue.Long story short — I wouldn’t recommend buying from Padel USA. If something goes wrong, they’re not going to have your back. There are way better places to get your gear where they actually care about customers.
I had a great customer experience with this company. I ordered two items separately on a weekend and later realized that I could have had free shipping on both had I combined them.Responding to my message on Monday, the company pulled and combined the orders, giving me free shipping.I love my new racquet!
