I was among the trainees that took part in Pagona training coures from 23-28 of june 2025. The trainer was a top notch and the conduct of the final exams proves that the SIA is properly regulated. I really appreciate the experience and the first class conduct of Pagoda.
So Justin and the team at pagoda sercurty are amazing people!!Justin the instructor for my up skills course was amazing he taught me so much and the rest of our group. He made is easy to understand as I've got dyslexia and understanding some of the questions and set out the information is confusing to me i may know what mean its just the spelling. Pagoda and the training side ofThings I cannot thank u enough amazing team and instructor s.
Very constructive refresher course, Justin was a clear, efficient and concise instructions and delivery with coursework and information needed to pass our exams. I came into my refresher course having forgotten a few basic skills required to be a door supervisor. I'm now leaving with clarity and competency which has boosted my confidence
Pagoda was my first ever course in a SIA security/CCTV training environment and was thoroughly impressed with Brett. His extensive experience and knowledge in Security, Fire procedures, CCTV and more was exceptional.Great chap with some fascinating stories and life experience. Although Brett was our main instructor, Justin was also at hand with outstanding knowledge and assistance. Both incredibly professional. Would return and recommend.cheers guys,Ned.
Brett & Justin were both amazing! CCTV course at Pagoda King & Queen pub.Passed ( luckily) they were both so friendly approachable and helpful.I cannot fault them both.My only criticism would be that the rooms used need to be a bit more private as you have other courses going for breaks and to the loo which breaks up concentration.Thank you to Pagoda for being great hosts too, I got talking to a couple of the lads and they are very hard working!Brett & Justin I hope to see you again on my refreshers Thanks againKev
