I was so skeptical before I joined this course, I almost cancelled on the last minute but decided to try it on and it’s probably one of the best decisions of my life. The communication between myself & management is great. Any issues or incidents are handled well and dealt with accordingly. We've had alot of really great improvments on our AIs and secuirty staff, specifically tailoring our secuirty to work well at GDS. However, in recent times, we've had some issues with accessibility & over aggressive ejections from secuirty staff that could be addressed.
As a Sia trainer myself there's always more you can learn. I recently attended my two day Sia refresher course with Pagoda Security, their trainer Justin was knowledgeable,engaging and very good. The reviews given by myself and others is well deserved.
I attended the SIA Door Supervisor Refresher Course at Pagoda Security Training, led by Justin. The required pre-study meant that the 2 day course was able to include lots of practical elements which I found really beneficial.
