Extremely Disappointed with the Courier Service

The courier service in this region is incredibly disappointing. I ordered a brand new electric bike, and they managed to damage it. Additionally, I've had deliveries of items that weren't even mine or addressed to the correct location. This service has proven to be utterly unreliable. Having worked with various courier companies, I can confidently say that this one is among the worst. In my experience, the best option in this area is another service.

One of the worst courier services I've encountered

This courier service in the west of Ireland has been incredibly disappointing. I ordered a new electric bike, and it arrived damaged. Additionally, I've had issues with deliveries, including receiving items that weren't even mine or sent to the wrong address. I've worked with several courier companies, and this one, along with another, has proven to be the least reliable. In my experience, the best option in Ireland is another courier service.

Everything went wrong with the delivery

The entire delivery process was a disaster. It seems they struggle with basic communication skills and fail to inform me about the delivery time. Despite providing clear instructions on whom to contact, they ignored them and simply left a message stating that no one was at the address. They overlooked the fact that I mentioned dropping the parcel at a local center. I strongly advise against using this service; it's simply not worth the frustration.

Consistently failed deliveries

Every package that goes through this courier never reaches me. Their excuse is always that they can't find my address. When I call for assistance, they often hang up on me, possibly due to my limited language skills. Eventually, my packages get returned to the sender, while other couriers have no issues finding my address. This has been the worst courier experience I've ever had, and I won't use them again or shop with businesses that rely on them.

Terrible delivery experience

This has been the most frustrating delivery experience imaginable. I ordered an item from abroad, but the seller didn't provide my complete address, leading to a series of problems. After contacting customer service on the same day, I was assured everything was fine, but later checks revealed no updates. When I called back, my tracking number was no longer recognized. Eventually, I received a message stating my address didn't exist. I would not recommend this service at all.

Avoid this courier service

This courier service lacks any regard for its clients and ignores all communications. I’ve been waiting for a package sent from abroad, and after they requested extra fees, I paid promptly, yet my package has still not arrived. I've tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone, but received no responses. For reliability, I recommend using a different courier service. I will never use this one again.

Unreliable and frustrating service

This service has proven to be incompetent and untrustworthy. I received an email stating they attempted to deliver when I was home waiting for two days. Their communication is poor, and I will not engage with any business that uses this unreliable courier in the future.

Very disappointing delivery service

The service was extremely poor. A friend arranged for goods to be delivered to me, but the driver failed to show up on the scheduled day. I was told that although my contact number was on the package, it was up to the driver to decide if they would call. Living in a secure community, if they don't call, they can't deliver. This has been a common issue. If they want to succeed, they need to equip their staff properly and ensure they fulfill their duties. I will be notifying the supplier about this poor performance.
