On my order # 1162012, I can’t give a very good review for Paintscratch because after receiving the paint, and the clearcoat from them, the paint that I received was definitely the wrong color.. I did what they told me to do and sent everything needed to San Leandro color, attention Betsy and I have not heard anything back from them at all .. in the letter to them I told them I do not expect my money back, just if you could send me the correct one and charge me for it .. I even sent the correct paint color from the factory, back to them, I guess I wasted $70.00.. I took the actual paint chip to O’Reillys auto parts here in Oklahoma City and they matched perfectly and got me a spray can of it for $24! I did use Paintscratch clearcoat, it was fine.Mike, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
I ordered primer, base coat, and clear coat for a repair I need to do on my vehicle. This is a popular paint color on a lot of vehicles, so I figured it would be an easy paint to mix. I sprayed a test sample and knew immediately it was way off. My paint has a very minimal amount of pearl flakes in it. What they sent me looks like a bass boat. I sent them the sample they requested, and they told me that it matches their color chip perfectly. Obviously they have the wrong chip. I have talked with the dealership, a body shop, another online paint match supplier, and an auto parts store that mixes factory paint and they all say the same thing. Paintscratch.com is wrong. Customer service here has been useless, defensive, and borderline incompetent. I will never use this company again. Thank you for a complete waste of $139.69.
I placed an order online. The associate canceled my order without confirming with me. Associate never checked all the orders/invoices and claimed I failed to order the paint products correctly. Totally incompetent customer service. Sherwin Williams would be a better choice. Very unhappy.
