No replies from customer support, but finally arrived

Haven't tried it but was worried when the website stated I received my product but I did not. Tried contacting customer support twice (email and phone) but no one ever replied. Received my order 3 weeks after placing it.

Got a defective item

First of all I got the order over 15 days later. Then the color pen was completely dry inside. I couldn’t even use. Very poor company. Not recommended.

The Piemont Red metallic

The Piemont Red metallic, you sent me wasn’t even close. I had the manager of a body shop that had me ordered from you use it. it looks like a dork purple against a beautiful sort of metallic burgundy look. I always give great reviews, but I had to tell you the truth.
