Review Time
(this awful review will be reflected in the email that I just sent to the fake AI customer service rep. They illegally double build me for the same product, in which I caught them. They sent me one strut that was damaged, and when I put the new struts on my car there's no definition on how bad they are. 10 times worse than the OEM 14-year-old struts that were already on my car lol. My car is basically broke down in the garage which struts on the vehicle that are almost undrivable) Please see my email to their corporate below.

Rydon,
I just don't know where to start?? I have been driving for nearly 40 years and I've never in my life had a quick strut on any of my vehicles that are this bad. I am truly at a total loss for words.
These struts are literally 10 times worse than my 14-year-old original OEM struts that were on my vehicle with over 200k miles (I have a 2012 Hyundai Genesis). I would literally consider my car undrivable they are that bad, that loud, and so much noise that even the smallest pot hole made me think I blew out a tire just a few minutes ago. I would be embarrassed to ever have people drive with me in my vehicle now.
I am parking it in my garage and I do not know what to do at this point as this is an awkward situation that I have never experienced. I don't know if you have better quality struts we can exchange these for, but I would still be stuck with paying the mechanic again for the service. This is just a nightmare!
So just to recap my experience with AutoBuffy:
When I made the original purchase I advised you that it appeared that it charged my car twice. You emailed me back promptly, in which I truly appreciate it, to insert that you were certain it only charged me once.
By verifying with my online account and customer service at TD Bank, it was concluded that my account had duplicate billing from your company.
Approximately a week later your company fixed a duplicate billing at the same time that I had a chance today to have the struts installed.
It was discovered that one of the struts was damaged, to wit, the front driver side. The mechanic tried to make the best of it in good faith, however, as you recall from our discussion this part is no good.
Then to make matters even worse my car is basically undrivable, these struts are horrific. Driving on roads that are somewhat bumpy had thrown me all over the inner cabin of my vehicle.
I am a member of a popular car club in my region and attend nearly all of our events. I'm also involved in (4) four different car clubs online/social media. My vehicle has over 20k in customization. Everything from paint, to the hood wrap, to the sound system, to the custom wheels and drilled slot vented rotors, to the pirelli tires, the LED interior light, I can go on and on with my vehicle that is considered a "show car" and garage kept me meticulously. I will attach a few images of my vehicle so you can understand how this even more grave than the average consumer complaint. I catch people in public almost daily taking pictures of my vehicle.
I am totally sick now...
Totally upset customer,

In the market for replacement auto parts? Scroll on by AutoBuffy. We were installing motor mounts on my daughters car this weekend and none of the holes were lining up. After taking them off and drilling larger holes, we finally have all but 1 installed. I left a 2 star review with photos, and they are not posting it. When I'm logged into my account, it now shows that they no longer ship to my location, as well as the live chat not working. Once I log out, they are able to ship it. Live chat doesn't work and no on answers the phone.
Ordered on their website. Received the rear shocks in a timely manner. Went to install and they didn't fit, wrong shocks. Contacted Auto Buffy for return instructions and they won't pay for the return charges, my fault they we're wrong shocks. Won't ever purchase from Auto Buffy again and won't recommend them to anyone.
YOU SUCK! ANSWER THE PHONE! STOP SENDING BAD PARTS! MY TIME IS NOT A FREE RESOURCE FOR YOU TO DISRESPECT! I WILL WALK BEFORE YOU GET ANOTHER DIME. ANSWER THE PHONE! DO YOUR JOB OR GO TO HELL. I AM CALLING THE POLICE TO GET A REFUND IN COURT WHILE YOU GET BAIL!
This company is absolutely horrible. I was shipped the wrong suspension for my Mercedes, charged to ship it back , and then told they don't carry it for my car and 1 month later never received a refund.
