Review costs of delivery

The products are great and service is good too. However, the cost for postage is a bit extravagant, especially as you use the Paladin logo on black bags and not a standard AusPost bag. That may send costs up too.

Great customer service , fast and prompt.I had accidently made my order twice, they recognised that and emailed me the very next day to ask about my error and refunded back to me within a few days.. thanks to the team for a great lookout, otherwise I wouldn't have known I had paid twice!! So honest and quick delivery!!

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. Never got a follow up. Waited nearly three months for the product to ship from Nz . Then got the total muck around. Soon as I mentioned a claim to the bank will be next. Wala money back into my account.
