I had an extremely disappointing experience with Paladin Sports and feel it’s important to share it clearly.
My initial contact was with Vanessa, who spoke to me abruptly during our first call and cut me off mid‑sentence with, “Are you going to let me speak.” Despite this, I continued because she assured me they could closely match the detailed mock‑up I provided.
The first mock‑up contained obvious errors. When I pointed them out, I was told it was an “optical illusion.” The second mock‑up introduced new mistakes I never asked for. I then supplied a clear correction document — exactly as their own form invites customers to do.
The next morning, I received a call from Reed, who identified himself as one of the owners. Instead of resolving anything, he told me they would not make any further edits, that my order was small compared to their usual work, and that they wouldn’t “waste any more time” on it. He instructed me not to contact Vanessa again and ended the call by hanging up on me.
Shortly after this, my access to their website was blocked, and all communication stopped. Even when I tried to proceed with their incorrect design just to finalize the order, I received no response.
I approached this process politely, professionally, and with a fully prepared design. Being dismissed, blocked, and spoken to like an inconvenience was unacceptable. Based on my experience with Vanessa and Reed, I would strongly caution anyone — especially small clubs or teams — to think very carefully before choosing this company for custom apparel.
