Unsatisfactory order experience.

I was eager to begin this journey but was disappointed. I was told my order would ship in summer and maintained at a specific temperature. However, it arrived without an ice pack and was exposed to extreme temperatures for multiple days. I feel I wasted $700 on medication that was ineffective upon arrival. Please be cautious.
