The wrong order was sent to me and it's taking too long to sort out as they don't seem to have staff available to talk to at weekends. Very disappointed because I waited weeks for the order and I really thought paperstone would be good because they sounded good. Trying to send it back now for refund.

I ordered a paper shredder at 4 15 pm on Wednesday 8th January2025, and the shredder was delivered at 8 10am on Thursday 9th January. What tremendous service. I am also delighted with the shredder. Well done Paperstone and my thanks to all the staff. RJW.
