This service is a fraud. They promised my store would be operational within two weeks, but it took several months as they claimed to be 'searching for products.' Eventually, Amazon flagged my product as fraudulent. The representative suggested I lie to Amazon during a recovery interview and claimed I was running my own store. I've requested a refund twice, but the representative deleted our communication. Don't waste your money.
Avoid at all costs. I gave them seven months, achieved nothing, and they were unresponsive. Even after attempting to cancel, they kept billing us. We provided unlimited flexibility in ordering and a substantial budget, yet only one product was ordered early on, which didn't sell. We spent $9,000 in management fees and $1,000 on inventory, selling nothing. This should be a viable strategy, but a management service must be proactive and responsive. They are the worst I've encountered. Believe the negative reviews.
This service is misleading. They took $12,500 and refuse to refund it. It's frustrating to see a hard-working individual being taken advantage of. I've hired an attorney. My Amazon account got suspended, and they have not responded to my numerous refund requests. I've documented all communications, and I will pursue legal action. I found this service while looking for help with an Amazon FBA store. I made initial contact in May 2024 and agreed to a fee of $6,500. After signing the contract, I was told to open an LLC, which I did. Then, I was informed of an initial inventory purchase of $3,412.50. Delays occurred, and my inventory wasn’t fully received until December 2024. The pricing was too high, resulting in no sales until March 2025. My account was deactivated due to alleged fraudulent products, and I faced communication issues with multiple store managers. I’ve learned there’s no physical address for this service, and the managers are located overseas. I’ve seen similar complaints online.
