However they went above and beyond recently when a parcel was left outside the wrong address and without hesitation customer services checked the POD and told me they would resend the order as they could see it was not delivered to my address. 100% satisfaction other retailers take note customer service is paramount and Paperstone are the best. Seat pad too soft for 12 stone, my hips hit hard bottom!Plastic gaiters split on assembly.Rest works well, though I could do with a bit more height, say 20mm#Paperstone kindly got back to me and resolved this. I now need recommendations for a chair with a denser seat cushion.

Ordering & delivery went smoothly but then I opened my delivery and found I had received another companies order. When I rang Paperstone, they fully understood and arranged for a second order of the goods to be sent to me. The right order turned up with me the morning after contacting Paperstones.
