Positive overall experience. The socks arrived within a week, while the wraps faced a delay but offered the choice to either keep the order or receive a refund. Although I was promised updates, after a week with no information, I reached out for assistance. The support team responded promptly and delivered the wraps the following day. The wraps are satisfactory, and the socks are clearly of higher quality compared to others found on similar platforms.
I am a Lymphedema garments fitter. I have used and recommended Bright Life direct to my patients for 10 years now. Insurance does not always cover all the garments my patients need and often I want my patients to have additional fashion items that I cannot order for them. Bright life direct has all the brands, great customer service, free shipping and return policy.
Purchased compression stockings in the UK after carefully reading their “Easy returns” policy, corroborating that my item was eligible and that the system described was straightforward with an automatically generated label for £7 which would be deducted from my refund. The compression stockings were terribly uncomfortable, so I am trying to return and now Brightlife Direct is refusing to create a prepaid label saying that the policy described applies only to US customers and I have to arrange and pay for the international shipping. Clearly misleading and in violation of UK customer protection law, given that in compliance with Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, businesses selling to UK consumers must provide accurate and transparent information about return costs, and they must honor the policy they advertise.I am now having to go through a PayPal claim process. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY IF YOU’RE OUTSIDE THE US.
