The course materials and videos are engaging and great for rewinding and reviewing or listening on the go. The references to the course manual are particularly helpful. I have always found Hayley responsive to queries and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to sign up for other courses.
Parallel are amazing. They go above and beyond to support learners. They have so much enthusiasm and give such a good quality experience to everyone they interact with. I want fortunate enough to do my Level 2 and 3 with them but I would 100% recommend them for this. I have done CPD courses with them. They were great at picking me up when the provider of my qualifications so badly let me down. I hope to return for more Parallel joy this year for a top up of their wonderfulness!
Parallel Coaching are AMAZING!I wish I had found them earlier in my gym/PT education journey. But having experienced several other providers, I’m in a better position to give full credit to Parallel and hope that you won’t experience the negative situations I have with other providers!I found Parallel whilst struggling with anatomy revision and have gone on to do a CPD course with them.Parallel we’re so supportive and motivating. They really understand how to help you on your health and fitness professional journey. They helped pick me up, when I was really struggling with another provider.If you are in the position of choosing which company to go with I would 100% recommend. Even if you need to travel to work with them, it is completely worth it!
Honestly the best training course I’ve been on during my fitness career! Hayley and Neale are just brilliant - knowledgeable, energetic and passionate! The sessions where so much more than the subject of Children’s Fitness - I got business advice, session ideas, ongoing support, open debates, marketing ideas! Just world class training!

I completed my level 2 with Parallel a few years ago so knew that I’d be in safe hands with my level 3 PT course.They provide study options that cater for all needs. It’s very well structured and fits around any schedule. They are both very helpful and will respond to any questions so you always have support. The practical days are engaging, informative and fun! Without the help of Parallel Coaching and their super fun but knowledgeable videos I would have never of passed my Level 2 and 3 Anatomy & Physiology Exams. I failed 3 times with the revision books I was given by my course but passed as soon as I was recommended to this Company. They have a great and easy to follow website allowing you to purchase what ever learning you require and reply extremely quickly when you have any questions.
