they took more than 200 euros from my account after my initial purchase of 9 euros. I never subscribed to a monthly plan. Never received a confirmation email. Cancellation is via form on the website, not straightforward. I just hope it will work. DO NOT USE IT!
They were quick to resolve any issues I had. Lessons given through voice recordings were insightful and easy to listen to during all times of the day. Truly helped me find some coping methods while dealing with Children with Autism and ADHD.
If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a 28 day program for $9.87 on October 28th. No mention of any additional charges if I don’t cancel or that there would be any subscriptions or anything like that. Simply a 28 day program. Lo & behold in January 17 I see a charge on my PayPal for $62.39. Contact them and ask them to cancel this as I did not sign up for anything else. They respond stating it’s cancelled and the charge just falls off my PayPal. Ok all good. Nope not all good. Feb 1st rolls around and bam another charge for $62.39. This is after confirmation my account was cancelled and I was refunded. Contact them again and I’m still fighting to get a refund even after they again stated it’s cancelled and I’ll get a refund. This is a scam. Even after you confirm cancellation they will still charge you.
This company is a complete scam and taking advantage of parents desperate for support in their challenging situations with their kids. I purchased a product for 17 Dollar. They deducted illegaly more than 200 Dollars and told me that I had subscribed to a lifetime subscription which I would have never done for this kind of money. I demanded proof of purchase which they did not give. The customer account is very misleading and does not provide any information. At some point they offered a 50% refund instead of proof just to cancel that offer later bringing forward differend explanations which made no sense. I suspect they just try to wear people out so they can keep the money they illegally withdrew. Please do not purchase any product of this company, it sounds like little money for some support but you end up paying much, much more without being able to actually have any reliable conversation about the process with a real person.
Zero stars. This is a scam. None of my email addresses even have a subscription linked to them in Parentingleader.com, and password recovery and emails to customer service are ignored. I have been charged over $500 CAD for a monthly subscription I did not sign up for and cannot retrieve. I've filed a complaint through BBB and will be canceling my credit card.

Buyer Beware! Purchased a one off ADHD course for $30 AUD. One month later I get charged $91 for some subscription that I didn’t sign up for and I did not want. Customer service are appalling and refuse to refund. never trust a company with a no refund policy. If they believed in their product they wouldn’t have this policy in place. I’m now going through PayPal to try and claw my money back. Not worth the cost, hassle and frustration for what was a very mediocre ADHD course.
