I ordered from Parijan Official after seeing an Instagram ad. The website looked legit, so I spent around $400 on clothes.About a week later, I started reading reviews and realized it appears to be a Chinese dropshipping store. I also began receiving constant promotional emails and repeated order-delay messages like “we have many orders, your order will be delayed,” etc.After another 5 days, I emailed them asking to cancel my order. They ignored me for several days, then replied saying my order had been dispatched so they “couldn’t cancel it.” I told them I wouldn’t accept the delivery and wanted a refund. They said okay.A month after ordering, the package arrived and I refused delivery. But later I received another package delivered as an unmarked AliExpress-style parcel. I only found out it was from Parijan after opening it (I was awaiting another package from AliExpress).I emailed them again. No reply. After 3 emails they said they would refund me, but they needed time to “process it internally.” Then they stopped responding again.I sent over 20 emails. After the 25th email they offered me 20% refund if I kept the items. After I refused, they offered 30% refund if I kept the items. I kept pushing for a full refund.Eventually they sent me a refund request form and said I need to ship the items back to France, but their system shows I’m outside the return window — even though it had only been 15 days since I received the items (not 30+ days).They are now refusing a refund.I will be escalating this with my bank and requesting a chargeback. The products are clearly cheap items from China sold at a huge markup. I found the exact same items on AliExpress for less than half the price.Avoid this site. It’s deceptive dropshipping and they make refunds as difficult as possible. They also push a 15% affiliate program, which tells you everything.
Terrible quality, completely misleading adverts across social media, when you try and return they try and negotiate before being completely ignored. Requested refund on the 10.12.25, they told me not to return, not heard from them since, but still got 2/3 emails a day with offers, avoid this company and keep your money!
I attempted to cancel within half an hour of reading the trust advisor reviews, and it still got delivered, I still got charged, I never opened the package and they’ve violated my consumer rights by not respecting, this company should be avoided at all costs, it’s pretty obvious especially with their automated emails it’s a drop shipping company with automated staff, I don’t even need to open package to know it’s probably Temu stuff, I’ve been trying for a while to get this refunded and the best the offer, again in automated fashion is a 15% refund and keep item, which is not satisfactory, or an exchange which tbf why would I wish to buy from them again if this is how they behave. Their customer service is non existent yet their email address you contact for support will still non stop send you daily emails advertising their products and discounts, which begs the question further if they quote throw away 30% discounts why would I settle for a 15% refund, this company is obviously drop shipping and will resort to even illegal business practises like not respecting a consumer rights request.
Well, I had high hopes for these clothes and while some of them look good the quality is not very good and the sizing is way off. My husband is 61 average size average weight. We got extra large and it's definitely more of a medium. Very small. Not true to size. So I'm going to initiate a return and we'll see how that goes. I'll come back and give another review after that.
Bought in total 6 products from them and not even a week in hade they sent out the package to me.After fighting for my order over a week I said enough is enough and cancelled the order even speaking to the VP nothing help.So for you own sake don’t buy there.
I ordered and they keep saying due to high volume we have delay. This is a total scam (7 days later) and they dont allow return or refund. This is a total scam. Their PayPal is inactive cause cannot keep customer rights. I got scammed more than 200 and still waiting. This is really happening.
