I placed an order early December, promised delivery in a week, but it took nearly a month after following up on my overpriced 'luxury pieces.' When I inquired about returning items that didn't fit, I was told by a representative that they could only offer up to 20% of a refund if I returned the items. What kind of business operates like this?
After ordering the wrong sizes for two pairs of pants, I attempted to return them for a refund but was denied. Instead, I was offered a 15% discount to keep the items or the option to return them at my expense for different merchandise. I was unhappy with the quality and initially wanted to cancel my order after seeing negative reviews but was told I could return it for a full refund. Additionally, I noticed there was no information about the materials of the pants on their website. Lesson learned: use search tools like TRUSTPILOT when ordering online.
First off, the quality of the goods is quite poor. The materials seem cheap, and the clothes appear worse than in the photos. The pants feel almost plastic-like. This seems like a lower-end product. Additionally, the delivery time is unreasonably long between placing the order and receiving the goods.
They wrote that in Europe its could take 7 days, which is a lie. I placed my order on December 13 2025, my order didn’t arrive yet, i tried to contact through instagram, lot of time last they gave me this confirmation from Ctt, which is another lie, i tried to contact ctt, they said they didn’t even receive delivery pick up. Check trustpilot before buy from them, they are nothing accept scammers. I just lose 103€. Avoid them
I wouldn’t recommend buying from Parijan generally. I purchased a small cardigan which turned out to be far too large to be considered a small. The returns process has been very difficult because Parijan really didn’t want to take the item I purchased back and provide me a full refund. After insisting, they allowed me to fill out a returns form which then remained unprocessed for a number of days despite telling me it had been processed. In effect, this withheld the instructions on how to return the item and where to return it to. On the whole, I’ve been rather disappointed with how the company conducts its returns procedures and I don’t really feel able to invest in this brand again. I would recommend other buyers be extremely wary of purchasing from Parijan.
