This is my initial experience with this kind of product. It will take some time to adapt to the bulky feel and extra warmth. I purchased them primarily for travel situations when a bath might not be accessible. They should serve the purpose well.
I underwent prostate removal surgery two weeks ago and am on the path to regaining full bladder control. After trying several brands of incontinence briefs, I found these to be the most comfortable and dependable. I'm ordering three more packs. I highly recommend them.
Deceptive practices. Initially, their advertisement claimed they would assist customers with exchanges if the sizing or the product didn't fit correctly. Unfortunately, the item didn't meet my expectations, and when I reached out for assistance, they flatly refused to help, citing their policy against accepting used items. I had only tried one out of four items, for which I spent over $300, while the others remained unused. I was offended by their implication that I was attempting to return used products! In fact, two of the items were still sealed, and the others had only been washed for first use. They outright denied any support, arguing that they are a small business and cannot afford to process exchanges. In my view, they are dishonest and not worth the investment or the trouble. I recommend seeking a different company, as I believe they are untrustworthy.
I ordered four pairs in XXL, given my 42" waist, but they feel a bit snug, though still usable. Unfortunately, after just five hours, they and my trousers were soaked. I thought they might be worth it, but after trying all four pairs, I'm returning to pads and have lost about £80. It’s true what they say: if it seems too good to be true, it likely is.
I ordered four pairs in XXL for a 42" waist, but they were a bit snug, although manageable. After five hours, both they and my trousers were soaked. I thought they might work, but after testing the four pairs, I'm returning to traditional options and about £80 out of pocket. The saying holds true: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
If you order undergarments, opening one for inspection means you can't return any of them, even if they've never left the packaging. While it's reasonable to restrict returns on opened items, this policy effectively prevents returns on unopened products as well. Their return policy should be clearer.
