I would like to say that the whole experience was poor , long ,partly my fault as I should of left earlier , communication was almost scripted , we were asked to produce our own survey at great cost so as to give the customer , this was described as normal . After that it was just a constant drop the price . I would suggest more honesty and to be less sales driven in your approach . We moved to another agent who sold it for more weeks later and the process was great .
