Review Time
I've been with this practice for a long time not really sure how long but probably 20 something years . In the last say couple of years or so I've been very unhappy 🙁 with my treatment and who has been working on my teeth. .had to have a denture done so it's been over a year now and still the denture doesn't fit after the dentist made another one and still can't eat with it as the dentist didn't measure it properly so it's been hurting me so cannot use them .so now I don't have a dentist anymore . The dentist has gone down hill in the last few years and I feel very disappointed and let down by them .I'm a really nervous patient and they haven't taken this on board. .I'm not a very happy person with this dentist practice .

Joined as a new patient under the NHS. Everyone is pleasant, and the dentist I saw was really good. The one thing that made me leave, was an issue over the charges. Treatment was done on the NHS, but then the extraction was charged as a private treatment. Just be aware to check anything you sign.
I was due to have a bridge on NHS . The dentist left so had to see a new dentist. The new dentist told me that it would cost £1500 for the work privately . Similar if not exact same work I was told would cost £319 in the first visit. When I questioned the costs the dental nurse would not even speak to me . The rudest person and the biggest rip off ever.
Just back from a visit for emergency treatment, have to say im not the best of patients but these guys were great from start to finish.Udo looked after me taking great care without any of the usual prodding and scraping.Gave me good advice and the treatment flew by.The ladies on reception were lovelybas well, down to earth and helpful ( even the ansaphone message is reassuring)Thanks.
I have been a patient of this excellent practice for over 25 years. The quality dental treatment is outstanding.Dr Agata Ciukiewicz is my dental surgeon. In the past 7 months she has been treating me for chronic gum disease and has dramatically improved my dental health and has reversed the damage to my gums.I thoroughly recommend her and the practice.
