FIRSTLY..IGNORE the part of the PCN where it says 'Do not contact the parking site, they aren't responsible for handling these.."...BECAUSE NO DOUBT IF you try to appeal, they are not going to accept it. HENCE THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO CONTACT THE PARKING VENUE! They also use CCJ & other THREATS in their letter, before you've had a chance to pay. I ignored their letter wording, contacted the parking site (a private hospital) & they immediately said the opposite, i.e, to ignore Parking Awareness! The hospital had the power to cancel the PCN & did so. I'd had an evening appointment there, hadn't seen the sign to register my Car Reg at reception, it was quite dark. In any case, I could have street parked there easily. Always contsct the venue, where ever you park. I did the same once at Morrisons Car Park, when I was stuck in a queue paying at a till that had broken down. I got a PCN, contacted Morrisons at Customer Services & they too cancelled the PCN. Companies like Parking Awareness are dishonest, in that they will allow you to appeal, but unlikely ever to uphold any appeal.

I've been trying for the last two weeks…

I've been trying for the last two weeks to log onto parkingawareness to view evidence of parking, their website proceeds to throw out an error or cant find information and asks to try again, the same things happens with everything else I try to log into using the information given with the PCN but to no avail, its frustrating because without viewing evidence I cant confirm nor deny, or be able to appeal if I find something wrong with these charges. Not only that but there is no contact number to reach out to someone, no chat on the website to query which leads me to believe this is by design and let parking charges build up not allowing suitable course of action and fast forward to paying the maximum charge without the ability to have a chance to appeal. This is a scam, this company is unethical, there isnt even a place to file a complaint Disgrace.

I unknowingly parked for two mornings…

I unknowingly parked for two mornings at 7am for 35 minutes each day at a carpark in Ascot. I received two fines. I paid both, one after the other. Two weeks later, I received a letter saying that one of the fines had not been paid and that the fine has now gone up. I emailed them 3 times with no response. I then wrote a letter and still no response. You cant phone them. This company are useless at responding. I now have the stress that 2 guys are going to come to my house and clamp my van because of there own incompetence.

This unscrupulous company chase for…

This unscrupulous company chase for money even after I’ve paid. You can’t reach them on the phone and yet they don’t act promptly on emails!! Their emphasis is to get you to pay 2ce and then spend 6months chasing a refund! Swindlers!!

After appealing a parking fine I…

After appealing a parking fine I received a letter notifying me I had 7 days to show evidence. Within 2-3 days I found the evidence needed (shop receipts for the shop I visited that allowed me to park) but they wouldn’t allow the evidence to stand and I am now seeking an independent review due to try and get justice!!!

A deeply frustrating and unfair experience

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this situation deserves a spotlight. I received a parking charge from Parking Awareness Services after visiting Drayton Retail Park — not for causing any obstruction or parking inconsiderately, but for simply staying longer than the arbitrary 120-minute limit. What’s worse? This was during trading hours while I was legitimately using the retail facilities.Despite appealing with an honest explanation, my case was brushed aside with robotic language and no regard for context. No genuine review of circumstances, just a copy-paste response citing signage and automated enforcement. It feels like profit-driven punishment disguised as policy. The tone of the reply was cold, rigid, and dismissive — not what you expect when dealing with something stressful and financially impactful. This kind of treatment makes customers feel powerless and unheard.I won’t be returning to this retail park, and I’ll be warning others too. If businesses allow this type of enforcement, they need to reconsider the effect on genuine customers who just want a fair and respectful experience.Luckily showed the letter to ALDI and a gesture of good will gave me store voucher to cover the fine.
