Stay away from this business. They engage in deceptive practices, luring customers in with attractive offers. Once an order is placed, the real problems arise. They inform customers that items are part of a special sale, making them non-refundable and non-exchangeable upon delivery. Moreover, if multiple items are ordered, only a portion might be shipped. Reaching their support team is nearly impossible, whether by phone or email. Their website claims delivery within 2 to 3 days and a 90-day return policy for unused items, but good luck receiving everything you ordered on time.

Do not purchase from this business. They are operating a complete scam. They entice you with attractive offers, but once you place an order, the real issues begin. Initially, they inform you that the ordered item is part of a special sale, making it non-refundable and non-exchangeable upon delivery. Furthermore, if you pay for multiple items, you may only receive some of them. Contacting them for assistance is nearly impossible, whether by phone or email. Their website claims delivery within 2 to 3 days, with a 90-day return policy for unused items, but you’ll be fortunate to receive everything you ordered on time.

Very poor experience

What went wrong? Terrible communication. No follow-through on information requests. Customer service is virtually non-existent. Phone calls go unanswered for long periods. There are no callbacks or updates. Out of nowhere, I received a message saying, 'it’s shipped,' when I had previously tried to add to my order. Luckily, I didn’t, but then I was told it was a special order, despite my multiple follow-ups over four weeks. Many other companies sell the same products; I strongly recommend choosing a different one for your money.

Unacceptable policies

The order took an excessive amount of time to arrive, which I could overlook. However, 13 days after ordering the wheels, they went on sale, and the company refused to offer a refund or store credit for the difference. This is unacceptable customer service; any other company would have honored this. I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future.

Ordered 'in stock' items, faced issues

I ordered items that were listed as 'in stock,' specifically wheels and tires. They processed my credit card payment, but three days later, I was informed that all 'in stock' items were backordered. They attempted to upsell me on different wheels, which I declined. They claimed the wheels would be available in Spring 2026. After ordering alternative wheels, I was later informed that those were also unavailable, and they offered cheaper options. I decided to cancel my order and am still waiting for a refund, which has taken 10 days so far. I will be disputing the charge as this company is not trustworthy.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered four tires on November 1st, and by the 14th, there was still no shipping update. After emailing them, I suddenly received a tracking number. Three days later, I received my order, but they only sent three tires instead of four. It took three weeks for delivery, and they still got it wrong. I immediately emailed them about the missing tire and received a response from their RMA department, but then I heard nothing back. After trying to call, I was told the issue was with RMA. I will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback. Now, I have an appointment to install my winter tires and wheels tomorrow, but I’m short one tire that I can’t find locally, forcing me to buy a whole new set at a much higher cost. Dealing with this company for a refund is going to be a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a reputable seller.

Very disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing. I placed my order three weeks ago and have had little to no communication. The website still shows the items as in stock, just as it did when I ordered. I have called numerous times in the last week, but no one answers. They add you to a callback list, but either don’t call back or when they do, they say they will look into it and then don’t follow up.

Poor communication and service

I am beginning to question if this is even a legitimate company, as I suspect that any positive reviews are fabricated. I ordered tires on November 4th, and on November 5th, they asked if I wanted TPMS sensors, which I declined. By November 11th, their promised delivery date, I had heard nothing. Calling them resulted in being on hold for 11 minutes, only to be added to a callback list without any follow-up. After multiple emails requesting to cancel and refund my order, I finally received a response on November 14th, stating they couldn’t refund me because they had already started mounting my tires. I have initiated a dispute process with my bank. Update: After 14 days of waiting and threatening legal action, they finally said they would refund me, but that would take another 3-5 business days. Excuse after excuse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Poor inventory management

I ordered 10 days ago, and the stock showed 7 tires available, which an agent confirmed. Eight days after the order, they claimed they had no stock despite their website showing 6 available. Their inventory management is misleading, and it is very difficult to get in touch with someone. Customer service is lacking. I will be ordering from a different company.

This experience should have been rated 5 stars. I placed my order and received shipping confirmation 3-4 days later, indicating that a label was created with a tracking number, but UPS had not yet received the product. After sending an email for further updates, it finally arrived that afternoon. Improved communication regarding shipping and tracking would greatly enhance the experience, but otherwise, I have no issues with this company.
