USED PARTS IN MOTION A FEW TIME NOW. EVER TIME HAD NO PROBLEM POSTAGE IS ALWAYS WHEN THEY SAY. EVEN WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM THEY HAVE SORTED IT. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. AND THE PRICING IS VERY COMPETITIVE.
I am very satisfied with the level of service provided by PartsInMotion . I purchased a part 10 months ago, and unfortunately it developed a fault. After contacting the company by email and explaining the situation, my case was handled promptly and professionally. As the part was still under warranty, a refund was issued without any difficulties.

I placed an order on Sunday afternoon and paid for next day delivery as they had it in stock!
I assumed that on Monday, they would send it for a next day delivery .
No post confirmation or acknowledgment of the order , I contacted them on Tuesday and what a useless bunch as they hadn’t “ picked “ the part yet .
I had to order from a town 50 miles away and get someone to deliver as my vehicle was disabled due to no part .
Don’t use them .
Now they are arguing with me

They had all the parts I needed, including some hard-to-find items. The response and dispatch times were impressive, and their post-purchase customer care was top-notch, answering all my questions promptly and professionally. I will be returning for future purchases.
